Production workflow
Educational audio and study materials
A working production prototype for turning structured educational scripts into multi-voice audio and supporting study formats.
Availability
Working production artifacts exist. The workflow is not presented as a public service, and no learning-effectiveness or commercial-adoption claim is made.
The problem
Dense educational material needs careful restructuring before it becomes useful spoken content, and synthesis quality depends on more than sending a script to a voice model.
The contribution
JodyInk developed a staged production workflow for shaping instructional material, assigning voices, controlling pronunciation, and assembling listenable audio.
Decisions that shaped the work
Keep script conversion and speaker configuration separate from synthesis so editorial structure remains reviewable.
Treat pronunciation, speaker selection, and pauses as explicit production controls rather than incidental model output.
What was implemented
Speaker-specific synthesis, pronunciation overrides, and batch audio assembly with configurable pauses.
Supporting study-material generation from structured educational content.
