Availability

Used as studio infrastructure rather than offered as a public product. Model evaluation to date is task-specific, not a general benchmark.

The problem

Research arriving through video, podcasts, articles, and documents becomes difficult to trace when it moves through multiple analysis tools and deliverable formats.

The contribution

JodyInk designed a two-stage system for preparing sources with provenance, handing them to an appropriate analysis environment, and shaping reviewed output for a specific use.

Decisions that shaped the work

  1. Separate source preparation from analysis so the same material can move between backends without changing the intake model.

  2. Evaluate grounding as well as structure, and reject model candidates that fabricate sources even when their format appears correct.

What was implemented

  1. Eight preparation paths spanning video, podcast, web, and document sources, with manifests and retained source files.

  2. Four deterministic adapters for executive briefs, content briefs, study guides, and argument maps.
