The problem

Career materials often flatten a complex record into generic claims or produce polished language that cannot be traced to evidence.

The contribution

JodyInk developed a practice and supporting workflow that organize career evidence, role requirements, scoring, drafting, and acceptance as distinct stages.

Decisions that shaped the work

  1. Use deterministic, explainable ranking for the core assessment rather than presenting model similarity as judgment.

  2. Bind suggestions and approval to a specific evidence version so revised source material cannot silently inherit an earlier decision.

What was implemented

  1. Evidence capture, role-specific scoring, research support, and bounded model-assisted suggestions.

  2. Version-bound review for resume and outreach drafts, with checks for changed source evidence.
